Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, engineering, and staff positions.
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters, joining formalities, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, overtime, and shift records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and documentation.
- Support audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Maintain discipline and implement company HR policies.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or Graduate with HR specialization.
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or engineering companies.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
