Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of connection for Institutions, who are exploring our learning programs. Your role is to understand their academic goals, provide clarity about our courses, and support them in taking the next step in their journey. Your success in this role will be reflected in how well you guide institutions and help them confidently enroll into the right program.
What You Will Do:
Reach Out to Potential Institutions :Connect with interested institutions through phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their education needs.
Explain Programs Clearly :Share accurate details about course structure, fees, learning outcomes, mentorship, and future opportunities.
Track Your Progress :Maintain proper follow-ups, call notes, and institutions details in the CRM system.
Work Towards Targets :Achieve monthly enrollment goals with consistent efforts and smart communication.
Collaborate With Teams :Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure enrolled students transition smoothly into the program.
Handle Questions & Concerns :Address doubts confidently and present suitable solutions that build trust.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (in any field).Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident tone. Ability to build trust and maintain meaningful conversations over call. Persuasive mindset with the ability to guide and motivate students. Goal-driven and comfortable working with monthly targets. Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools (training will be provided).Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
