The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, generating sales from architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop new dealers, distributors, and retail customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate business from architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, carpenters, and furniture manufacturers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's plywood, laminates, MDF, veneers, doors, and allied products.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt service.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions.
- Increase repeat business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Market Development
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Gather market intelligence and submit feedback to management.
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Process customer orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales reports.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
