We are currently expanding our US Healthcare Call Center Operations and looking for experienced Calling Executives to join our growing team supporting a US Certified Healthcare Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Coordinate therapy referral confirmations and patient follow-ups
- Communicate with therapists and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Manage emails and patient service coordination activities
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Calling / Medical Calling / International Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills with strong US English accent
- Experience in patient coordination or healthcare support preferred
- Ability to work in US shifts
- EMR documentation experience is an added advantage
