Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting financial documentation.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1–2+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the real estate Preferred.
Knowledge of RERA-related financial processes and documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms.
CA Inter, M.Com, or other accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
