We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing team and help homeowners and interior designers bring their dream spaces to life.
Role Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary objective is to drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients on their design needs, and closing sales for our custom modular furniture solutions. You will spend your time meeting potential customers at their homes, project sites, or showrooms, providing expert guidance, and managing the sales process from lead to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, including homeowners, interior designers, architects, and real estate developers.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site measurements and consultations to understand client requirements, offer design recommendations, and showcase our product range.
- Presentation & Pitching: Effectively present our product portfolio, emphasizing quality, durability, and customization options.
- Proposal Management: Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and design proposals in alignment with company pricing and project specifications.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and past clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain updated records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports via the company CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies in the modular furniture industry.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the interior design, modular furniture, home improvement, or building materials industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Technical Skills: Ability to take accurate site measurements and understand basic architectural/floor plans is highly preferred.
- Self-Driven: A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a "closer" mindset.
- Mobility: Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
