About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized Digital Marketing Associate to join our luxury jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media while working with premium fashion, luxury, beauty, or retail brands.
You will be responsible for managing our online presence, coordinating with marketing agencies, driving customer acquisition, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, images, and collections are accurate.
- Optimize website performance and user experience to improve conversions.
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development agencies.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar, including Reels, Stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Create and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns for launches, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Experience in Fashion, Luxury Retail, Jewelry, Beauty, or Lifestyle brands preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Experience coordinating with external agencies and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual aesthetics.
