Job Summary
Prop CID Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales closures.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.

Qualification

Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales will be preferred.
