Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pan India CSD & CPC Sales Manager to drive business growth through the Canteen Stores Department (CSD), Unit Run Canteens (URCs), Central Police Canteen (CPC), and Kendriya Police Canteen channels across India.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the Defence and Paramilitary canteen ecosystem and proven experience in handling FMCG, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, or Electrical Appliances through the CSD/CPC distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development through CSD, CSD Depots, URCs, CPC, and Kendriya Police Canteen channels across India.
Manage and support the existing Pan India sales representative network.
Build relationships with CSD Depots, URCs, distributors, dealers, and key channel partners.
Increase product listings, availability, visibility, and merchandising across Defence and Police canteens.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and order execution to ensure product availability.
Analyze market share, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and smooth order fulfilment.
Travel extensively across assigned regions to strengthen business relationships and generate new opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
6–10 years of experience in CSD Sales, Defence Canteen Sales, URC Sales, CPC Sales, Kendriya Police Canteen, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, or Electrical Appliances.
Strong network with Defence establishments, CSD Depots, URCs, distributors, and channel partners.
Proven experience in sales planning, dealer management, business development, and channel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Willing to travel extensively across India.
Candidates based in Mumbai, preferably residing on the Western Line, will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹1.20 Lakhs – ₹1.40 Lakhs per month (based on experience).
