MYOC EdTech is looking for a dedicated, motivated, and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable courses, and supporting them throughout their enrollment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational and career aspirations.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Recommend suitable courses based on students' interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Guide students through the registration and admission process.
- Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build positive relationships with students and address their questions and concerns.
- Maintain and regularly update student and lead information.
- Work towards achieving enrollment and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission experience for students.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Comfortable communicating professionally through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in education counseling, sales, customer service, or related fields will be an added advantage.
