Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Trainer to deliver high-quality training in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to mentor students through practical projects and real-world case studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on UI/UX Design.
- Teach UI Design principles, UX methodologies, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Train students on industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- Guide learners in creating user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct practical assignments, workshops, and live projects.
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback to improve design skills.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and course content based on industry trends.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and project reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UI Design and UX Design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems.
- Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility standards, and user research.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, with prior training or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design expertise.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on live client projects.
- Industry certifications in UI/UX Design are an added advantage.
