We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and renovation work at our restaurant site in Bandra. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing the project within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site activities including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues in advance.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards at the site.
Track work progress and report daily status to management.
Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow without delays.
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
Conduct site inspections and ensure rectification of defects, if any.
Maintain site records, attendance, and basic documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of interior execution for restaurants / hospitality projects.
Ability to read and understand interior drawings and layouts.
Strong coordination and supervision skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability at site level.
Basic knowledge of safety norms and compliance.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
