PRIMARY Strateena is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with a hands-on Oracle EPM background to
FUNCTION provide production support, perform enhancements, and upgrades for their Oracle EPM
Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to interact with business
stakeholders effectively, gather requirements, document business processes, and provide
business insights.
Provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business
problems using Oracle EPM application
Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud is required to
provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.
This role will lead architecture, solution design and development for data platforms, business
solutions, and proof of concept and assist the ERP team in realizing business goals
This is a hands on roll for a strong technology player who will lead a team of junior
developers
CORE JOB Work closely with end users to understand their processes and requirements and
RESPONSIBILITIES communicate business needs to stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EPM
implementation, customization, and upgrades.
Perform hands-on production support and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.
Develop and maintain Oracle EPM models, reports, and dashboards using Oracle EPM tools
such as HFM, Essbase, Planning, and DRM.
Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions and integrations with other enterprise
systems.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle EPM
projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional and technical design
documents, test plans, and user guides.
Provide end-user training and support for Oracle EPM applications.
SCOPE Part of the centralized team responsible for building and managing EPM solutions on cloud
and on premise for Strateena’s clients
Works under direction of managers, manages activities according to milestones and
completes tasks assigned by more experienced analysts and managers
EDUCATION / BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, business, or life science field
EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience as Techno functional consultant
Strong experience in Oracle EPM implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and support.
Strong technical skills in Oracle EPM tools such as HFM, Essbase, Planning, and DRM.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong SQL experience, including the ability to write complex queries is preferred.
