ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Developing detailed structural designs for a wide range of steel structures including industrial facilities etc.
- Ensure designs meet local, national, and international engineering standards and codes.
- Design and calculate structural components such as columns, vessels etc.
- Structural Frame Inplace / Lifting Analysis.
- Pipe rack, Process Platform, Equipment support platform, vibration check (Dynamic Analysis ) of rotary equipment support structure.
- Modular structure design and analysis (Inplace, Sea transportation, Road Transportation , Lifting Analysis )
- Prepare conceptual framing planning, staad modeling , load Calculation, application of design parameters and analysis of structural steel.
- Connections design calculation for steel structure.
- Should know base plate and Anchor bolt calculations.
- Perform structural analysis of steel frameworks under various loading conditions.
- Utilize software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, or Tekla to conduct structural simulations and optimize designs.
- Prepare design drawings, technical reports, and calculation sheets to communicate design solutions to clients.
- Review and verify design documents and ensure accuracy before submission to authorities or clients.
- Technical Query (TQ) and report preparation.
- Checking and reviewing Vendor Documents like Bill of material, Assembly, and fabrication drawings, Calculation Reports.
