We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused with strong selling and relationship-building abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize showroom sales.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
* Maintain stock records, perform stock verification, and prepare stock reports.
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
* Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sale follow-ups.
* Promote value-added services and encourage additional purchases.
* Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display.
* Maintain showroom cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
