Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, be confident in speaking with customers, and have the ability to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
