About the Role
Anamika Fashionwears & Exports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive – Inventory & Stock Management to support inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory data management, purchase bill verification, product master creation, stock reconciliation, and MIS reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process purchase bills received from vendors and suppliers.
- Create and update product masters, SKUs, pricing, and item details in the inventory software (Munim ERP).
- Maintain accurate records of stock inward, outward, transfers, and inventory movements.
- Ensure data accuracy across inventory and stock management systems.
- Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports related to purchases, inventory, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth inventory processes.
- Monitor stock records and support inventory planning activities.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Maintain organized documentation related to inventory and purchase transactions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Control, MIS, or a similar role.
- Experience in the apparel, retail, manufacturing, or warehouse industry will be preferred.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Munim ERP or similar inventory management software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Reporting).
- Good understanding of inventory processes, stock reconciliation, and purchase documentation.
