Who we are
Creativos AI is an early-stage startup building the autonomous marketing OS for D2C brands. We started with a simple but powerful insight: Meta and Facebook make money when you spend more, not when you profit more. Nobody was on the brand's side. So we built it.
We're at the stage where the product is live, and we're onboarding our first set of pilot brands. You'll be joining at the most exciting and chaotic part of a startup's journey — before things get structured, when every action actually moves the needle.
Why this role exists
The founder is splitting time between product, pilots, and investor pitches. There's too much top-of-funnel work that needs to happen — brand research, outreach, content, applications — and not enough hours. You'll take that off the plate completely and own it.
This isn't a "make decks and sit in meetings" internship. You'll be doing real work that directly determines whether Creativos grows or doesn't.
What you'll own
Outreach & Pipeline
- Research and build targeted lists of D2C brands in India who are actively running Meta/Instagram ads (100+ brands to start)
- Identify the right contact at each brand — founder, marketing head, performance marketer
- Run cold outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram DMs
- Track responses, follow-ups, and conversions in a simple CRM (Notion or Sheets)
- Help book pilot calls for the founder
Content & Brand
- Manage the founder's LinkedIn presence — drafting posts, engaging with comments, building an audience in the D2C and startup space
- Write short-form content for Twitter/X around ad spend, marketing waste, D2C growth
- Document pilot brand stories and turn them into case studies and testimonials once results come in
- Help build a basic content calendar and stick to it
Applications & Research
- Help research and fill accelerator and grant applications (like Google for Startups, Antler, etc.)
- Competitive research — who else is in this space, what are they doing, where are the gaps
- Track D2C brand news, funding rounds, and relevant industry conversations
Analytics
- Track what outreach is working and what isn't
- Weekly summary to the founder: X brands reached, Y replied, Z calls booked, here's what messaging worked best
You'll thrive here if you
- Are genuinely interested in startups, D2C, or marketing — not just looking for an internship to add to your CV
- Write clearly and sound like a human, not a press release
- Are self-directed — you don't need to be told what to do every morning, you figure it out and do it
- Are comfortable with ambiguity — things will change, priorities will shift, and you'll need to adapt without getting flustered
- Have done at least one thing on your own — a project, a blog, a side hustle, a college event, anything that shows you can execute
- Are hungry to learn how a real startup is built from zero
Bonus points if you
- Have run ads yourself — even a small campaign on Meta or Google
- Have experience with cold email or outreach tools (Apollo, Instantly, Hunter, etc.)
- Know your way around D2C brands — Shopify, influencer marketing, performance campaigns
- Have a following or have grown a social account before
- Know basic tools: Notion, Canva, Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
