We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering restaurants, cloud kitchens, cafés, hotels, and commercial hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, from planning and construction to fit-outs, statutory approvals, and successful handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of restaurant, cloud kitchen, hotel, and retail projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Oversee civil, interior, MEP, kitchen equipment, and fit-out activities.
- Ensure all statutory approvals and regulatory compliances are obtained.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead project handover and support store opening readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience managing restaurant, hospitality, retail, or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contractor management, and statutory approvals.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience: Candidates from QSR, restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, cafés, hotels, or retail expansion projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
