The therapist will work closely with families, teachers, doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient communication and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports
- Educate parents/caregivers regarding home programs and progress
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and medical professionals
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools
- Participate in case discussions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology / Audiology
- Valid professional license or registration (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with pediatric or adult therapy preferred

We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help individuals develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The therapist will assess functional abilities and create customized intervention plans for children and/or adults with physical, sensory, developmental, or cognitive challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical, sensory, cognitive, and motor skills
- Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADL skills, and coordination
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Train caregivers and family members on therapy techniques
- Maintain patient documentation and progress notes
- Work collaboratively with speech therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and doctors
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
