Job Summary
PMK Scans & Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic centres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational workflows, effective coordination between departments, timely execution of operational activities, and continuous process improvement. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, optimize resources, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments.
- Ensure smooth functioning of laboratory, radiology, front office, home collection, corporate, and support services.
- Monitor operational timelines, productivity, and service quality.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Monitor manpower utilization and support workforce planning.
- Coordinate employee induction, training programs, and learning & development initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors, facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers.
- Support NABL/NABH compliance, internal audits, and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (HR/Operations), MHA, or any relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, administration, or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or diagnostic centres will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
