Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, lead generation, and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives targeting businesses, educational institutions, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Requirements
- Post Graduate degree (MBA Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
