- Provide on-site support for Dell and Lenovo laptops.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues.
- Replace laptop components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, battery, display, etc.
- Perform OS installation and software troubleshooting.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely resolution.
- Update service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding service activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
