D.B. Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities, labour coordination, material checking, reporting, and work progress follow-up.
The candidate should be active, disciplined, and able to handle site work independently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work at site.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, transporters, and office team.
- Check material loading, unloading, quantity, and quality.
- Maintain daily site reports with photos and updates.
- Ensure work is completed as per company instructions.
- Monitor safety and discipline at site.
- Report problems immediately to management.
- Travel to nearby sites if required.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of site supervision, loading/unloading, inspection, or industrial work.
- Must know basic WhatsApp, phone reporting, photos, and location sharing.
- Should be honest, punctual, and responsible.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
