We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to join our Mumbai Suburban team. Depending on your experience level, you will either drive direct business development as a Financial/Wealth Advisor, or take on a leadership role as a Unit/Sales Manager responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing team of financial consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify potential clients in the Mumbai Suburban region, analyze their financial goals, and recommend suitable insurance, investment, or wealth management products.
- Team Building & Management (For Unit/Sales Manager roles): Recruit, train, and motivate a team of independent Financial Advisors/Agents to achieve local market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention rates and generating business through referrals.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of financial market trends, regulatory changes (IRDAI/SEBI guidelines), and competitor products to provide accurate advice.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/distribution targets through direct efforts and team supervision.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream is preferred (Committed 12th Pass candidates with relevant sales experience may apply).
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in sales, business development, banking, or insurance. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in financial markets are welcome for associate roles.
- Skills: Excellent convincing power, networking skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is a distinct advantage in the Mumbai Suburban market.
- Locational Advantage: Candidates residing in the Western or Central suburban lines who possess a strong local network will be highly preferred.
