Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive US Client Assistant to support our US-based clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during US business hours.
Fresh graduates with good computer skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to US clients.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Create professional documents, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage client data and ensure accurate record maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Respond to client emails and queries professionally.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars as required.
- Monitor and update spreadsheets, trackers, and project status reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
