We're Hiring | HR Executive | Bhopal
Seed Media is a fast-growing advertising agency looking for an HR Executive to lead recruitment and HR operations.
What you'll do
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all levels.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels while building a strong talent pipeline.
* Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientation, and coordinate employee training initiatives.
* Manage HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to smooth exit management.
What we're looking for
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
* Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media company, or startup will be an added advantage.
Salary: As per market standards
Location: Malviya Nagar, Bhopal
