Roles & Responsibility:
Requirements Analysis and Technical Design

Analyze user stories and business requirements to produce detailed technical specifications.

Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and expectations managed.
Application Development and Lifecycle Management
- Design, develop, and maintain applications across their full lifecycle using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, EF, .NET Core, Blazor/Razor, etc.).

Manage deployment of developed (CI/CD) solutions to various environments (development, test, staging, production), ensuring smooth and reliable releases.

Continuously maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability throughout the lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Incident Management
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in version control and source management (e.g., Git).

Investigate, resolve, and document application incidents, including bug fixing and performance issues.
Documentation and User Support
- Prepare comprehensive end-user documentation and user manuals for developed applications.

Provide support to application users by resolving doubts, offering guidance, and ensuring optimal usage experience.
Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions to technical and operational challenges.
On-Call Support
Be available for on-duty call as required to address urgent issues or incidents.
