We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, and meetings
- Convert leads into successful deals
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Lead Generation & Negotiation Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development / Sales
- Graduate in any stream
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
