Khasso Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly driven Project Manager who can work closely with leadership to drive project execution, operational excellence, delivery governance, customer success, and business process improvement.
This role combines Project Management, PMO and Business Operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure complete visibility across Sales, Product, Development, QA, Implementation, and Customer Success functions while driving accountability and execution discipline.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Execution
· Own end-to-end project tracking from requirement gathering to go-live.
· Coordinate with Development, QA, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely delivery.
· Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers.
· Track project health, dependencies, escalations, and resource allocation.
· Conduct daily follow-ups and ensure closure of action items.
PMO & Governance
· Establish and maintain project governance frameworks.
· Ensure every project has defined scope, timeline, ownership, and customer sign-off.
· Drive change request management and delivery tracking.
· Maintain project dashboards and executive reports.
Business Operations & Leadership Support
· Work directly with founders and leadership on strategic initiatives.
· Convert business goals into actionable execution plans.
· Monitor organization-wide productivity and execution effectiveness.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Product Lifecycle Coordination
· Coordinate project movement through:
o Discovery
o Requirement Analysis
o Product Validation
o Technical Assessment
o Development
o QA
o Implementation
o Go-Live
o Customer Success
· Ensure proper stakeholder alignment at every stage.
Dashboard & Reporting Management
Create and maintain:
· Project Health Dashboard
· Delivery Dashboard
· Leadership Dashboard
· Resource Utilization Dashboard
· Customer Success Dashboard
Track:
· Project Status
· Sprint Progress
· Release Status
· Open Bugs
· Escalations

Customer Success & Implementation Oversight
· Review implementation status and customer escalations.
· Coordinate with implementation teams for successful deployments.
· Track customer health and adoption metrics.
· Ensure proactive risk management for customer retention.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow automation.
· Improve cross-functional communication and execution discipline.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
· Establish SOPs and operational best practices.
Knowledge Management
· Maintain centralized documentation repository.
· Track KT activities across Development, QA, and Implementation teams.
· Ensure organizational knowledge continuity and process documentation.
