LevelUp IAS is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who have strong communication skills, are comfortable interacting with students and parents, and are interested in working in the education sector.
Candidates with a UPSC background or good spoken English will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel UPSC aspirants and guide them regarding relevant courses and programs
- Promote courses and offerings through outbound calls
- Handle sales and admission-related enquiries, both online and offline
- Manage front desk operations and student interactions
- Maintain, update, and organize records accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and support
Eligibility / Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, counselling, sales, customer support, or related roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling calls and speaking with prospective students
- Basic comfort with records, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination
- Interest in the education sector
- UPSC background is preferred
- Good spoken English will be an added advantage
