Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions in Tally
- Handle GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance
- Ensure timely TDS deductions, filings, and returns
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors/consultants
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and assist in audits
- Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting roles
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
