Shape and Sell the Front-End Transformation Offering

Own the Front-End Transformation offering narrative for the IMT practice — define the point of view, build assets, and represent the offering in client conversations at Sales Director, CMO, and CEO level

Lead origination of new Front-End mandates: identify the client need, shape the solution, structure the commercial case, and close the engagement

Build Accenture's GTM and Sales Transformation credentials across 2W OEMs, Farm Equipment, Auto Dealer / Channel, and Industrial Mid-Market segments

Develop relationships with C-suite and senior functional leadership at target accounts; position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner — not just a project vendor
Direct and Assure Programme Delivery

Serve as Programme Director or executive sponsor for flagship Front-End Transformation engagements — own the overall programme architecture, team structure, and client governance

Ensure integration across workstreams: GTM redesign, channel transformation, CRM deployment, and AI-led sales productivity must come together as a coherent client experience

Own client satisfaction (CSAT) for the offering; resolve delivery or relationship issues before they escalate; maintain trust at the top of the client organisation

Embed AI and advanced analytics into client sales operations — from agentic pipeline management tools to connected dealer performance platforms
Build the Practice and Lead the Team

Lead and develop a team of Managers and Consultants; set delivery standards, coach for growth, and build a culture of client focus and quality

Own the Front-End Transformation offering P&L: revenue, CCI, utilization, and hiring plan within the IMT practice

Drive thought leadership: publish points of view on automotive sales transformation, represent Accenture at industry events, and build the practice's market presence

Collaborate across ZBX, SONG, Data & AI, and Digital SC to bring integrated multi-offering solutions to accounts where Front-End is the entry point
Professional & Technical Skills
-
10–13 years of experience with at least 5 years focused on Sales Transformation, GTM Strategy, or Channel Excellence in the automotive, farm equipment, or industrial sector

Independent track record of originating and closing consulting engagements — able to build a client relationship from scratch and convert it into a commercial mandate

Deep expertise in dealer and channel transformation: network design, dealer profitability modelling, digital tools deployment, and AI-led activation at scale

Strong commercial acumen: able to own an offering P&L, structure a deal, and negotiate commercial terms without requiring senior escalation

Proven experience with EV go-to-market models — D2C sales architecture, subscription revenue design, and new-format dealer or direct channel strategy

Strong understanding of Sales Tech stack: Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, and emerging AI sales productivity and pipeline management tools

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop consulting teams at Manager and Consultant level

Executive presence for C-suite client conversations; consulting firm background at SM / senior Manager level; domestic India experience essential, global exposure preferred
