Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Systems Trainer to teach Embedded C, STM32 development, and DLMS/COSEM protocols for smart metering applications, combining hands-on lab work with strong protocol-level conceptual teaching.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum on Embedded C, STM32 (HAL/LL), and FreeRTOS
- Teach DLMS/COSEM protocol implementation and smart metering standards (IEC 62056)
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions covering UART/SPI/I2C/Modbus communication and debugging (JTAG/SWD)
- Develop lab exercises, projects, and evaluation criteria
- Explain real-time systems and constrained-memory programming concepts clearly
- Mentor learners through firmware debugging and protocol troubleshooting
Requirements
- 3+ years of embedded systems experience, ideally with DLMS/smart metering exposure; training experience preferred
- Strong command of Embedded C, STM32, FreeRTOS, and DLMS/COSEM
- Ability to teach protocol-level and real-time systems concepts clearly
- Strong lab facilitation and mentoring skills
