Position Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager - Domestic to drive Sales & Presales activities across the North and East regions. The role involves business development, key account management, bid management, and customer engagement across PSU, private, RRB, and cooperative banks. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise/B2B solution selling, tendering, and techno-commercial proposal handling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Management
Map PSU, private, RRB, and cooperative banks across the assigned regions and identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term engagement and repeat business
Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and identify solution opportunities
Drive regional business growth through strategic account planning
Sales & Presales Activities
Track and monitor upcoming RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
Understand customer requirements and align solutions accordingly
Work closely with technical and internal teams for solution positioning
Bid & Proposal Management
Prepare and submit detailed techno-commercial proposals
Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle including documentation, compliance checks, and submission
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for technical inputs and approvals
Ensure timely and accurate bid submissions
Sales Operations & Coordination
Maintain and update sales trackers, pipeline reports, and MIS
Follow up on order confirmations and payment collections
Support contract closure and post-sales coordination
Candidate Requirements
MBA from a recognized institute
5-6 years of experience in Sales & Presales / Enterprise / Institutional Sales
Experience working with banking clients (PSU/private/RRB/cooperative) preferred
Strong experience in RFP/RFQ/tender response and bid management
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong stakeholder coordination and proposal writing skills
Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools
Self-driven with strong follow-up and closure ability
