Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of students.
- Assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Manage classroom discipline using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and other assigned duties.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all students throughout the school day.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. (or equivalent teaching qualification).
- Prior primary school teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use digital teaching tools.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
