Telecalling Executive (Customer Support & Sales)About the Company

Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Handle inbound enquiries and explain our business registration and compliance services.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel/CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic spoken English preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Positive attitude with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
