Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager in the real estate industry is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy to generate qualified leads, promote real estate projects, and strengthen the brand’s online presence. The role focuses on increasing property sales through digital channels such as social media, search engines, websites, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
The candidate will work closely with the sales team, creative team, and external marketing agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for real estate projects.
- Plan online marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns that effectively convert prospects into leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to improve marketing performance.
2. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Generate high-quality leads for property sales through digital channels.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Work with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion rates.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan monthly social media calendars for property promotions, project launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Monitor engagement metrics and respond to customer queries on social platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging posts, reels, and promotional videos.
4. Website & SEO Management
- Manage and update the company website with project information, blogs, and property listings.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Conduct keyword research relevant to real estate markets and locations.
- Ensure website performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness are optimized.
5. Content Marketing
- Plan and oversee the creation of marketing content including blogs, property descriptions, landing pages, and promotional material.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
- Develop project launch campaigns, property brochures, and promotional email content.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for high-quality digital creatives.
6. Email Marketing & CRM Management
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for property promotions and customer engagement.
- Maintain and manage CRM databases to nurture leads effectively.
- Segment customer data to run targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track email performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
- Analyze data insights to improve marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Present marketing performance reports to management.
8. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion.
- Work with external agencies, designers, and developers for campaign execution.
- Support project launch events and promotional activities with digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies in the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
