Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.

- Segment email lists and maintain subscriber databases.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing best practices.
- Manage email automation workflows and drip campaigns.
- Improve email deliverability and maintain sender reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.

- Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, spam filters, and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking (UTM parameters).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
