Client Success & Inside Sales Consultant
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 10.30 PM (fixed shift)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Weekly Incentives + Monthly Incentives + Attractive Commissions
About the Role
Are you someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their goals, and helping them make important life decisions?
As a Client Success & Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis, you will work with individuals who are exploring opportunities to study, work, or settle abroad. Your role is to understand their requirements, guide them through suitable immigration or overseas career options, and help them move forward with the right services.
This role is a mix of counselling and consultative sales, where you'll speak with clients, understand their overseas goals, guide them on suitable options, and help them move forward with our services. You'll play an important role in helping individuals and families achieve their dream of studying, working, or settling abroad.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients who are interested in overseas education, immigration, and visa services.
- Understand customer requirements and long-term goals.
- Counsel clients on suitable pathways and services.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, Counselling, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer management systems.
