Job Summary
Bragnam Learning Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Field Sales Executives to expand our toy distribution network. The selected candidate will visit toy shops, gift shops, stationery stores, book stores, and other retail outlets to generate new orders and build long-term business relationships.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in field sales, FMCG sales, retail sales, distributor sales, channel sales, or B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit toy shops, gift stores, stationery shops, book stores, and other retailers daily.
- Generate new business and collect product orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote new products and schemes.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Retail Sales, Channel Sales, or Distribution Sales is preferred.
- Must own a bike or scooter for daily field visits.
- Valid Driving License.
- Smartphone for reporting and communication.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
