Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented and highly motivated Franchise Development Manager who will be responsible for handling franchise development activities, monitoring the existing sales and marketing team, achieving business targets, and converting franchise leads into successful business partners.
The candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in franchise sales or business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the existing franchise sales and marketing team.
- Ensure proper follow-ups are conducted by the calling and sales team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to track lead flow and campaign performance.
- Personally connect with high-potential franchise leads when required.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective franchise partners.
- Convert franchise inquiries into successful franchise closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Develop strategies for franchise expansion across new markets and cities.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and management.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and team performance.
- Support management in planning franchise growth strategies.
