We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to kick-start a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. If you're enthusiastic, a great communicator, and love connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.
