Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Security Vulnerability Management Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Rapid7 Metasploit, CrowdStrike Endpoint Security.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities across complex infrastructure systems.
- Familiarity with security monitoring and incident response processes.
