Job Summary
Getin Technologies, a division of Getintech Education Private Limited, is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer / Junior Design Engineer with strong knowledge of mechanical design and hands-on experience in SolidWorks. The ideal candidate should be able to create 3D models, develop assemblies, prepare engineering and manufacturing drawings, and apply GD&T, fits, and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D mechanical models using SolidWorks.
- Develop assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.
- Apply GD&T, dimensions, fits, and tolerances.
- Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings.
- Modify and improve existing mechanical designs.
- Support prototype and product development activities.
- Review designs for manufacturability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams.
- Maintain proper design documentation.
- Support design-related problem solving and technical discussions.
Our Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and mechanical design concepts.
- Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T, fits, tolerances, and datums.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates with hands-on SolidWorks project experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of real-world mechanical design and manufacturing practices will have an added advantage.
