Executive – Specialty Imports
Location: Gurgaon
Position Overview
The role will support business by driving the identification, evaluation, and launch of Nestlé’s global products in India & Nepal. This includes building strong business cases, assessing market fit, and enabling end‑to‑end coordination to ensure successful commercialization of import opportunities, in close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Case Development
- Build initial recommendations on viability of opportunities

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision-making
2. Pipeline Management & Prioritization

Maintain and regularly update projects pipeline tracker

Track & update regular on projects status, timelines, risks, and next steps

Ensure timely movement of projects through active follow-ups and prioritisation
3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Management

Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, Finance, and Sales teams

Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate where required
4. Launch Planning, Activation & Execution

Coordinate development of artwork, packaging adaptations, POSM, and activation plans in line with brand and market requirements
5. Performance Tracking, Insights & Portfolio Learning

Track performance of launched products (sales, availability, early market feedback)
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical skills with ability to work with structured data (good Excel proficiency)

Basic commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and business viability

Strong ownership mindset with ability to drive follow-ups and ensure closure

Ability to work with ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Clear and structured communication with ability to summarize insights and provide initial recommendations
