Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Site Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and execution of HVAC projects at various sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely project completion, and effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation activities, including VRF, Chillers, Ducting, Piping, AHUs, FCUs, PACs, and Ventilation Systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure completion as per project schedule.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurement records, and billing support.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, industrial, hospital, pharmaceutical, hotel, and residential HVAC projects.
- Knowledge of VRF, Chiller, and Ventilation systems.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
