About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across real estate sales, business development, customer support, operations, and corporate functions.
The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Hire candidates for real estate sales and business development roles, including:
- Property Sales
- Business Development
- Channel Partner / Broker Relations
- Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Customer Relationship Management
- Site Sales
- Screen candidates through telephonic and video interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for recurring real estate hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good understanding of real estate sales and business development profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment for real estate, property, proptech, construction, BFSI, or sales-driven organizations.
- Experience hiring high-volume sales teams.
- Experience recruiting Sales Managers, Property Advisors, Relationship Managers, Telecallers, and Business Development Executives.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruitment sourcing tools is an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience hiring for real estate or target-driven sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales hiring.
- Result-oriented and comfortable working with hiring targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
