Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience and Skills)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Trainer to train, develop, and enhance the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sales processes, communication skills, objection handling, and team development. The trainer will be responsible for onboarding new hires, conducting regular training sessions, and improving overall sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.
- Design and deliver training programs on sales techniques, communication skills, lead conversion, and customer handling.
- Train employees on objection handling, negotiation, relationship building, and closing techniques.
- Assess training needs and develop learning modules accordingly.
- Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Evaluate training outcomes through assessments, role plays, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales managers to improve team productivity and target achievement.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning resources.
- Track and maintain training reports and employee progress records.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Expertise in objection handling, sales conversion, and soft skills training.
- Strong analytical and performance evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and training tools.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, HR Training, or Sales Coaching.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, BPO, Banking, Insurance, or Sales-driven industries will be preferred.
- Proven track record of improving sales team performance through training initiatives.
