- Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
- Clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces.
- Replenish room supplies and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.
- Assist with cleaning public areas as required.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
